2018. A storage unit. A foreclosure notice. A man with nothing left to lose.

Our founder lost his business, his marriage, and his direction—all in one year. But in that storage unit, surrounded by rust and regret, he found one thing that still worked: a single kettlebell and the stubbornness to keep swinging it.

Slowly, the ember grew. One rep became ten. One day became a month. That rust bucket became Ember & Iron—a company built by someone who rose from ashes and decided to build a forge instead of a tomb.

Today, we're a brotherhood of phoenixes: former failures, comeback kids, and everyday people who refused to stay burned out.
